Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

We process the orders for fan merch (except gift boxes) within 24-72 hours and we ship them out within 5 days after it’s processed. Tracking numbers will be provided to all customers after the package has been shipped out. If you used the Premium Shipping option, the shipping will take 5-10 days. If you used the free shipping, it can take the package 2-3 weeks to reach you.

When will my order be processed?

Orders will be processed within 24-72 hours and all orders are shipped out within 5 working days. Gift boxes are processed within 3-30 days and shipped out after that. Gift boxes are a special category product and if there is not enough stock left to run the random item assignation process, it can take over 30 days before we can ship them as described in our Gift Box policy. Please allow ~10 days for delivery and up to 25 days if you choose the free delivery option after receiving the tracking information. Free delivery normally takes about 2 weeks, but it’s not guaranteed. You can make the upgrade to Premium shipping for much faster shipping and processing time in your Customer Dashboard.

Will you notify me about my package shipping updates?

Yes. First, you will receive an Order Confirmation and once your order is processed we will send a Shipping notification with a tracking number. You can always access your Customer Dashboard to find out the latest status of your order. In case there has been an error receiving any of our notifications, please reach out to our customer support team via for an update.

When will my order arrive?

Usually, you will receive your order in 5-10 days after it’s been shipped out when using the Premium Shipping delivery option, but this will depend on the location and shipping company routes to your location. The delivery can take over 25 days if you use the complimentary free shipping option. Free shipping is our gift to our customers, but it is not fast, so use Premium Shipping instead if you want your package delivered in about 5-10 days after your order leaves the warehouse. Please check in your Customer Dashboard how much time is left for processing and what’s the latest status of your order.

What is the size of the Mystery Box Gift Box + Surprise package?

There are random amounts of complimentary surprise items (usually 2-10 items per box) added to each gift box order and each item is random dimensions as well. There are 10 box sizes you can receive starting 9x9x9 cm and up to 21x21x21 cm. All boxes are packed with complimentary items assigned to each order by our RIA algorithm and we can not change the products that are assigned to your order.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund after it’s started processing?

We can only cancel orders that have not been processed. We can not cancel orders that are already given to the shipping company for shipping. Please contact the support to see if cancellation is possible. Each cancellation will include a $29.99 restocking fee per each canceled item to cover the processing, payment processing, restocking, and associated costs. In the case of ordering any of our special category gift boxes, cancellations are only possible if the processing has not been started. Gift boxes and items on sale can not be exchanged, refunded, or returned.

I didn’t pick up the order and it has been returned back to the sender. What are my options?

In case the order has been returned to the sender, it means it will be delivered back to the original sorting center. Unfortunately, when choosing the Free Delivery option, the shipping company won’t return the items back to us. In this case, we will provide you with a list of possible reshipment options based on the specific error that caused the return of the package. It is not possible to cancel or refund orders that have been returned back to the sender due to unsuccessful delivery.
