We process the orders for fan merch (except gift boxes) within 24-72 hours and we ship them out within 5 days after it’s processed. Tracking numbers will be provided to all customers after the package has been shipped out. If you used the Premium Shipping option, the shipping will take 5-10 days. If you used the free shipping, it can take the package 2-3 weeks to reach you.
When will my order be processed?
Orders will be processed within 24-72 hours and all orders are shipped out within 5 working days. Gift boxes are processed within 3-30 days and shipped out after that. Please allow ~10 days for delivery and up to 25 days if you choose the free delivery option after receiving the tracking information. Free delivery normally takes about 2 weeks, but it’s not guaranteed. Contact our support if you want to upgrade to premium delivery for much faster shipping and processing time.
Will you notify me about my package shipping updates?
Yes. First, you will receive an Order Confirmation and once your order is processed we will send a Shipping notification with a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to see where your package is in real-time.
When will my order arrive?
You will receive your order in 5-10 days after it’s shipped out when using Premium Shipping delivery option. Your delivery can take over 25 days if you use the complimentary free shipping option. Free shipping is our gift to our customers, but it is not fast, so use Premium Shipping instead if you want your package delivered in 5-10 days.
What is the size of the Mystery Box Gift Box package?
There are random amounts of items (2-10 items per box) in each package and each item is random dimensions as well. There are 10 box sizes you can receive starting 9x9x9 and up to 21x21x21. All boxes are pre-packed with complimentary items and the packaging depends on the item size in the box you receive to minimize the shipping cost and allow us to offer free delivery to our customers.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund after it’s been shipped?
We can only cancel orders that have not been processed. We can not cancel orders that are already given to the shipping company for processing. Please contact the support to see if cancellation is possible. Each cancellation will include a $29.99 restocking fee per each canceled item to cover the processing, payment processing, restocking and associated costs.
