Mystery Box Island Store’s 30 day no-risk Return & Refunds policy


Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, unopened, in their original packaging. It is not possible to return items bought on sale and any of our gift boxes with surprise items.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@getmysterybox.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, we will provide the closest available return address for your location. You must label your return correctly and include the following information:

Please make a note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return and notify us about the tracking number of your return immediately after shipping the package back to us.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS    

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Mystery Box Electronics Gift Box + SURPRISE(!!)
  • Branded Electronics Mystery Box Gift Box (all variants)

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. 

Please Note

  • All items on sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.        
  • We do not accept the return of any of our gift boxes with surprise items – you get the surprise items you get and they can’t be returned or exchanged.
  • In case a gift box is damaged and you selected the “SHIP UNASSEMBLED” option in your profile, please contact us and we will ship a new gift box free of charge.

REMINDER

Mystery Box Gift Boxes are gift boxes branded with Mystery Box logo and will come with random complimentary surprise items. This means that each order can receive a super small or small or medium or large or extra-large or huge box with one or up to ten complimentary surprise items in it to increase the Mystery experience of our themed gift boxes. In total, we have 10 box size options and many possible item variations. All items are assigned randomly and there is no minimum or maximum value guarantee. In one box there can be only one or 2 or more of the same items, they can all be low or high value. There is no value guaranteed of the complimentary surprise items in Mystery Box Gift Box packages. Every item gets selected randomly and the amount of items is random as well, and there is no correct way of what complimentary surprise items should be or not be in each package. Each gift box will have at least 2 complimentary electronic items added to the order and up to 10 items in some boxes. Gift boxes come in different sizes and values to enhance the Mystery experience, so please note that we do not accept returns of any Mystery Box Gift Box packages and you can not return even if you do not like the complimentary surprise items. By making a purchase on our store you agree to all of our Store Policies and having different surprise items of any value assigned to your branded gift box order.

Cancellation for orders is not possible if we have started to process them.
