System Technical Issues Announcement
We are upgrading the website to a more user friendly interface with more options available for each customer to track their packages on their own. Due to the upgrade and increased amounts of orders, we are experiencing technical errors with the website and customer support apps, therefore Live Chat option is currently not available for support. If you have any questions, please e-mail us at email@example.com We respond to every customer and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours. In case you don’t receive a reply within 48 hours, that means there has been an error, so please check if there are no messages in spam and that you have emailed the correct e-mail address and your e-mail inbox is not full and feel free to email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will check if there was any error that prevented us to receive your email and our agents will help you solve any questions you may have promptly. Please do not use live-chat or contact form to contact us until the technical issues are resolved as we are unable to respond via these support channels at the moment.
What is processing time?
To give all our customers a fair chance to find awesome products in our Mystery Box Gift Boxes, we can only process orders when we have all products in stock. Every few weeks we run out of products and we need to wait until we fill all items back in our stock. Only then we can continue to assign boxes with random products keeping the chance to find amazing products in each order. If your order has been Processing for a couple of weeks already, please do not worry. As mentioned in our Shipping Policy, in some cases the Processing can take over a month and this is normal for this type of product as we need time to source stock for all orders. We will e-mail you the tracking information once we have finished processing your order and shipped it out. In case you have waited over 1 month, please contact us via email email@example.com for an update and approximate shipping estimation.
How long will the shipping take after my order is processed?
Please allow 14-25 days for the package to reach you after it’s been shipped out if you choose the FREE shipping option. It is free, but it is not fast and sometimes can take a long time.
If you choose the PREMIUM delivery option, you will usually receive your package in 4-10 days after it’s been shipped out, but this will depend on the shipping company’s routes and location.
